The process of oil gas recruitment services starts with an
agreement between us & the Client Company, mentioning adequately
the terms and conditions regarding dealing of manpower from India.
This agreement is signed by both the parties and on acceptance of
stated terms and conditions, the manpower transaction is executed.
Employers Part :
Demand Letter (Download

The employer /Principal will formally issue a demand letter in
favour of Shella Consultants stating the job categories, number of
workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of
contract and other amenities for workers such as food, medical,
transport, air passage, accommodation etc.
Letter of Authority (Download

The employer / principal will issue a letter of authority in favour
of Shella consultants addressed to the Consulate General of the
concerned Embassy in India, informing him that M/s. Shella
Consultants is their bonafide Manpower recruiting agent fully
authorised to deal with all visa matters, submissions and delivery,
with the said Embassy. (applicable to middle - east and far- east
countries only).

This is a standard employment contract between employer and
employee.
Stage 1
The client company / employer will formally provides us with a
letter that contains the complete job description. This includes the
nature of work, profile details, number of positions, qualifications
required, experience details, skills wanted, salary range to be
offered, if contractual then the duration, the geographical
location, and all other required details. In this the client
authorizes us as their bonafide manpower-recruiting agent.
They also send us a copy of the standard agreement that is between
the employer & employee.
Stage 2
Once we receive the Job Description from the client's end, the
initial processing is of picking resumes of suitable candidates from
our data bank, or by advertising requirements etc., then
communicating with respective candidate (a session of telecon
interview), forwarding the most apt candidate details to the client
/ employer.
Further, when we get the shortlisted candidate list from our
client, we organize interview schedules in accordance to client's &
candidates feasibility.
Stage 3
We generally prefer selection of applicant either by viva or
practical test to be conducted by the client or his representative.
Whenever we have to proceed with the selection & testing of the
candidates, we do it with the help of our consultant team from oil &
refinery industry, for technical & professional categories.
Stage 4
Once the candidates are through with the selection procedures, the
employing company is intimated about every detail & the whole
process is adequately documented. Once the final selection is over,
the selected candidates are forwarded for medical checkup at the
authorized medical center.
Stage 5
As the candidates are over with their medical formalities, we apply
for the visa in the respective embassy as authorized by the
employer. The employer sends the required documents & remits
necessary traveling expenses. We obtain emigration clearance from
the concerned Govt. Dept. for the candidates.
Stage 6
We provide basic orientation to the candidates before traveling
abroad. They are informed about their work profile while abroad and
a first hand information of work environment there & salient
features of labour laws of the country of employment.
